There's been a lot of talk, speculations, and conspiracy theories as to whether the song "Corporate America" was officially leaked or stolen. According to one of the boston.org moderators, the song was "officially" leaked at mp3.com.

The song has even linked at Kimberley Dahme's website and she lists it as being something she worked on with a band called "Downer's Revenge" (the alias that the song is being associated with as part of the leak).
